The parallels keep writing themselves. Hitler routinely called for the arrest of political opponents and relied heavily on false accusations, treason, conspiracies, corruption, to justify it. Using lies and emergency powers was a core tactic of his rise to power.

Emphatically no. If one is convicted of a crime and subsequently accepts a pardon it is an unmitigated admission of guilt. It does not change the facts of the crime in any way.

Overturning a conviction wipes it clean and essentially means one is not guilty. Courts very rarely overturn convictions.
