The thing about pretty much all wireless ISPs is it's so easy for them to oversell their service. No one, unfortunately including the FCC and FTC in particular right now, is willing or even able to verify Starlink's coverage and speed claims. FCC's broadband map was badly gamed by providers.

Fully agreed. The actual costs of administering care for trans ppl also is relatively small, smaller than other budget items not being haggled over. So the "offer" from Trump is in wholly bad faith anyway.
