Let's all be very clear that ICE *and* regular cops refusing to identify themselves in any official or legible way is creating a situation that allows murderers and non-state kidnappers to successfully impersonate law enforcement.
We had kidnappers do this in Philly this week in ICE costumes, too.

law enforcement officials say they made a proactive check at Rep. Hortman's home after a lawmaker who lived nearby was shot and found a "police vehicle in the driveway with emergency lights and what appeared to be a police officer at the door coming out of the house." He was actually the gunman.

Defying rules I set for myself for reasons I cannot remember, I've made this painting with watercolor, ink, and metallic acrylic. I don't know if it's done or what, but I'm excited about what having made it means for my progress beyond super flat illustration-style artwork.
