Working from home today. A bit unusual. I can't get into the whole "working in my pajamas" thing, but working in my bed is excellent. My dog is next to me. "Golden" just came on in my headphones. All is well.

When I leave my dog at home for awhile, I usually leave music on for him. Yesterday I put on a #YogawithAdriene playlist. When I returned home, before he ran up to greet me, he did a big downward dog stretch! 😂😂

I had a lovely experience at the DMV last week. Everyone was polite and kind. I was in and out in about ninety minutes with an updated driver's license and a temporary enhanced ID. Really just lovely.

In 1990, I visited the Soviet Union. I met an incredible young man named Dima. Incredible like give you his coat in freezing weather and think nothing of it. About a month ago, he tracked me down. Today he and I and our spouses had a 45 minute video chat. He's still incredible-Very impactful moment!
