I know this makes me sound crazy but it's so annoying that these guys don't even like the actual cool thing about battleships. They think it's cool cause it's a big masculine ship, but it's actually because putting a small town out to sea is a miracle of engineering and logistics

The correct criticism of brooks here isn't that he's a secret friend of Epstein, but that his current behavior of trying to minimize the extent to which people were willing to go along with Epstein because they wanted proximity to the ultra rich is part of how these things get swept under the rug
David Brooks sucks but I will say — and not in his defense, because he sucks — that I really dislike this whole longstanding trend of "these two people appeared in a photo together so they must be best friends" detective work

Even more than work the things that's stressing me out is this damn ringworm. I picked it up at the hospital and despite being on an oral antifungal for almost a month it showed back up so now I'm on an antifungal again.

It was so easy to not smoke for the last 5 months since I was nicotine tested before surgery and then I wasn't at work for a month, but now I'm stressed about work and it's not like they can glue my dick back on or anything so the menthols are calling to me like the green goblin mask
