Someone in at my office is actively trying to die of hypertension. There are several of these cans in the recycle bin. Each can contains 43% of the sodium recommend each day. WTF? There are no endurance athletes here. Why???

Found an old ID from about 10 years ago. Haven't had facial hair since. Been thinking of growing out a beard, if only to then have a mustache for awhile to embarrass my kid.

Had the opportunity to spend a couple hours volunteering for the Salvation Army Angel Tree program. It was interesting to see the old library full of donated toys. Nice to see evidence of so much generosity.
