Holy cow, the ending of this book was very different than the show. Did not expect that.

So I looked on Facebook and realized it has been 14 years since he died. I sent a message to his mom and now I am going to stay up too late reminiscing by listening to music and having a glass of scotch. I don't understand how this randomly made me sad. Is this like being perimenopausal?
