Our town had its first Pride in the Park today. It was hot af but worth it! Saw some friends, did some shopping. So grateful for these smaller, more local events ❤️

ASL interpreters who work in the arts (concerts, opera, theatre, etc) deserve to be valued as artists too. it takes so much skill to be this good at capturing the FEEL of music beyond just translating the meaning of the text and it’s an invaluable accessibility service

Fuck this very much. Mature labels like this is what they do in Russia to queer books. YA books already have age ranges inside or on the back of books. Introducing this kind of labeling in the age of censorship we're in is a very specific, very gross choice and it says a lot about the publishers.
