Oh yeah,. back when I was in the seventh day adventists as a kid in the early 90s we were told more than once, long before columbine, that any day now the government would round up all christians and we kids had to be ready to proudly announce our love of jesus and be gunned down for our faith

I hate to say it but the majority of the country is not going to die on the hill of trans rights. We can’t protect ANY groups if we can’t win a national election, so purity tests only serve to make specific groups feel triumphant. That’s not “erasing” them; it’s long-horizon strategy.

ultimately this is my takeaway from hades 2 in that it's not game of thrones season 8 bad but the story is bad enough that i can't wholeheartedly recommend it as i found it to be deeply disappointing, especially in light of how much i enjoying playing the game over the duration of early access

hades 2 review marked INFORMATIONAL which reads: An addictive hyper-polished gameplay loop with impeccable art, flawless music, and canonical lesbianism, soured by insultingly incompetent misogynistic writing that expects victims to forgive abusers.
