Well, they showed up at 9:15, only to determine that the kitchen planer may have miscalculated by 2 cm... this will be interesting!

Our new kitchen, ordered from Möbel Höffner, is supposed to be delivered today between 7 and 18. Yes, I just called (as there is no sign of them yet), they actually expect you to sit at home for 11 hours, waiting for them to come and install the kitchen. Great customer service communication....
