Almost 50 years now since the sacking of the Whitlam Government in Australia. But reading about it and I see this picture of the sacking with Whitlam looming over everyone else. I am interested in what the @dieworkwear.bsky.social has to say about his suit. From what I can see it looks polished.

I also enjoyed some acers today.
Looking up the trunk of an Acer Griseum with its caramel coloured bark peeling off like curling paper. Looking through the dark branches and red leaves of an Acer with pale sky behind and radioactive green coloured grass below.

I love how the colours change as the sun sets.

This is how the year has progressed so far. Top graph is the cost of electricity we have used, the bottom is how much we have been paid. The numbers don’t include the standing charge. We have a decent size battery that we charge overnight in winter when electricity is cheap.

A rock strewn beach with the just visibke remains of an ancient shipwreck Looking out from a small headland to a apit if sand that is disappearing intonthe distance. If you look closely you will see people walking on the sandbank. They better be quick with tide coming in. The rocky cliff edge of Sully Island. Blue sky above. Steepholme Island visible in the distance. Looking into a small rock pool. The patterns on the rocks below are from the sunlight through the faint ripples on the water surface. There are some shells stuck to the pool floor and some seaweed.
