It has been about 14 mo since the last breach. And I have been doing amazing. But today it was breached. I can ignore the breach. I can continue my healthy separation. And I know that is the best. But I still feel unsteady and weak today. I am my masks but hollow today.

This no contact has been one of the greatest things for my well-being physically and mentally. And everytime it is broken thru some unforeseen avenue, no matter how good I have been doing I start to crumble.

About 3 years ago I went no contact with my whole family. Many of them because it was dangerous for me to continue having any kind of relationship with them, but most because they were enablers who put of their goodness want to "repair" the relationships.

Honestly there is no back pedaling this. I can't speak for anyone else but my ability to put aside the greed of big studio execs for the art was tenuous yesterday. It disappeared this morning and even a fantastic deal with WGA might not being it back.

I was scrolling through the main feed, not a personalized one and got a surprisingly decent dick pic. Not complaining about that, but yeah the double standard.

Well there is a lot of opportunities in this strategy just not for Twitter or Reddit. Musk's Twitter inspired me apply for BlueSky and the reddit drama left a whole my invite filled.

The skills it takes to debate have nothing to do with the ability to lead or to research or explain. It shows an aptitude to manipulate.

In politics what do we use debate for? Effectively to get to know the candidates. The same result could be accomplished with a hard hitting interview that pulled no punches. More I think honestly.
