A10 Great Sand Dunes is one that really surprised us by the contrast between the sand, snow capped mountains, and the freezing water of the Medano Creek. Plus it was just fun to sandboard down!

The Grand Canyon blew our minds. It was so vast that, when walking along the rim, the lack of parallax made the landscape look like a painting. Our understanding of distance just completely broke.

We followed this little trail at Mossquatch Resort in the #PNW last year 🌲

It surprised us with this mythical-looking door in the middle of the forest. Then just a short #hike later… a quiet little #waterfall, all to ourselves 💦
