Elvis spent years working at a restaurant earning well below the minimum wage, while being subject to verbal abuse and discriminatory treatment. He and his coworkers showed tremendous courage when they came forward to demand justice.

⚠️🔥 Food Workers are HOT and it's only getting hotter! But in the U.S. and Canada there are NO federal laws to protect workers from #ExtremeHeat. With little hope for an OSHA standard at this point (certainly not a strong one), we must support workers organizing!
