Every Valve release I can recall being around for, I’ve understood the opposite to be true. Mentioned in dev blogs to excuse gaps in updates! And like yeah, it always made sense, all hands on deck ahead of release! I don’t know how this could even be a convincing tidbit, if anything it’s a bad sign
