Building on the ancient scroll, I wonder if another mechanism is the nature of "yes and" feedback. It also makes me wonder if that same mechanism is at play for the onset of AI-fueled delusions. It could also help explain why some influencers seem like they live on a different planet.

It's a really important timeframe because right now the new crypto bagholders are entering their position and their strategy will drive the next phase of crypto's propaganda.

I've been sitting on a pretty little Steambux balance in anticipation of definitely getting controllers and maybe getting something more, but man it's not looking good for the steam machine. tech is about to abandon personal computing in favor of Your Life Is Owned By Our Cloud Infra Forever

Hey small thought here but if you are planning on getting into a serious internet beef a person and you believe your legitimate grievance deserves the sympathy of others for your fight, do not direct witches to curse that person, because that alleviates the social pressure needed to win people over

Sir Ian McKellen performing a monologue from Shakespeare’s Sir Thomas More on the Stephen Colbert show. Never have I heard this monologue performed with such a keen sense of prescience. Nor have I ever been in this exact historical moment.TY Sir Ian, for reaching us once again.

I don't mean to seem alarmed, but it appears Google's book search function is, just...gone.

In a sane country it would be a huge deal, front page news, that a privately owned utility that millions researches, from journalists to scholars, rely on every day to advance knowledge can just disappear.

Ah yes that classic moment in game development as you near shipping that you have less people on the project and just a mere skeleton crew getting it over the finish line while others cheer from the sideline.

Yep, that’s exactly how it works! Crack reporting!

Please CHRIST look at the UK; Starmer’s Labour didn’t win the last election; the Conservatives lost it. The thing to do is to *BURN AWAY* Schumer, Jeffries et al through direct action, protests, primaries. You and I are in charge (sorry! but also: congrats!) Catch up with us, Dems, or be retired.
the thing is, the way it looks right now democrats are going to do really well even by default. dont have to go on record promising anything, dont need to be bold, dont need to put themselves out there and theyll probably get control

thats just not good enough
