Nature notes: shrews are very fond of sketching their surroundings and can often be seen carrying a small cushion with them to sit on whilst drawing.

We often hear from folks wondering how to safely feed hedgehogs without inviting the neighbourhood cats to the feast.
It's super simple! Set up a feeding station by placing cat food and water inside an upturned plastic box with brick tunnel entrances - a great example is shown.
