So if you haven't already heard, Nintendo just made two insane updates to their EULA, which states that

1. You can't sue them for anything at all if you have a Nintendo account, and

2. They can brick your console if you mod it

Essentially, it was never your console to begin with.

I grew up in a time where Nintendo, SEGA, and Sony ruthlessly dunked on each other CONSTANTLY and it was hilarious.

So there's more news on the Switch 2 that makes this even worse, so time for another thread!

Exactly my point. Why would I buy a Switch 2 when I already have a device that can play everything it's playing, and do more?
