Beginners is not the only thing that matters though. Someone could be a beginner gamer, in which case, I'd say no. When you have new hardware and want to play new stuff you need the latest things and Mint just doesn't do that. If need it for office work or something simple it's amazing

Yeah! I have a Steam Deck for purposes like these, although I just want to support games I like is all :)

I loved ToP, but I wish I could play it on modern consoles.

Largely wishing the same. Sadly it's going to cause a lot of collateral damage when it does.

I often like to think about these kinds of situations like I think of the death penalty. Once you have engaged with the idea of "who deserves to be killed for their crimes" you've already conceded that the government should be allowed to kill people. Why fight on those terms?

If every gay person is a groomer, every transfem a pedophile, every furry practicing bestiality, then the language of morality can be efficiently used to crush and obliterate these groups. I do not want to yield ground to oppressors, and you shouldn't either.

The moment we concede that there is legitimacy in a moral censoring of art, people will try and use that moral language to exert power and control. That is why so many conservative rhetorical strategies involve tethering minority status groups to some manner of perversion.

Specifically, I'm talking about 17:52 on your video, for what it's worth. Yeah, this isn't really very good, but as you said on your video, a lot of it is nitpicking. Plus I'm pretty sure, as far as I know, anyway, that Saitama himself really did take a huge "coffee break" in the manga too.

Maybe I'm just bad at watching things (And I can't believe I just said this),but while there was definitely a drop in quality, from what I've seen it's not really that bad unless you really look for it? In the first place, how can some issues be "glaring" if you have to watch multiple times to find?

For its primary author, part of what maintained motivation re: getting it through all bureaucratic channels was the belief that indie projects ARE the future—esp. for marginalized artists + stories.

Corporations that jump to employ us for the appearance of diversity can also be quick to discard us.
