Just a human who wishes we can create a world where people aren’t exploited and divided by the wealthy, where we take care of each other & the planet, & value diversity. Might actually be from Saturn. Shhh🤫

The first time Charlie Chaplin spoke onscreen, he implored the people of the world to resist the rising tide of fascism.

Nearly 90 years later, it remains a timely message.

There's no such thing as super flu. But unfortunately, there is such a thing as immune system damage from repeat COVID infections, which can make you more susceptible & less able to fight off the flu, as well as other serious illnesses.

#MaskUp with a good mask & protect yourself & others.
Repeating to correct an error:
There's no such thing as super #flu. But there is a doozy of a flu season underway right now. Here's what you need to know about subclade K, the #H3N2 variant making so many people sick. (Earlier I said H5N1. This is not that!!!) www.statnews.com/2026/01/06/f...
Why flu seems to be everywhere — even if ‘super flu’ is not a thing
Welcome to the winter of subclade K.

How we beat back the corporate takeover of America:

1. Break up corporate monopolies
2. Continue building union power
3. End Citizens United and get big money out of politics

Let’s keep working to unrig the system.

It was reprehensible when people mocked condom usage at the height of the AIDS pandemic.

It is just as depraved to mock those wearing masks to reduce the spread of airborne viruses today.

Whenever someone takes any kind of step to protect public health, they should be applauded, not mocked.

Casual reminder that the myth of “pulling yourself up by your bootstraps” is a cruel hoax designed to convince poor people from all walks of life that the injustices they face are a result of their own actions, rather than an oppressive system rigged against them.
