Daughter chose 'The Exorcist' as our family Christmas Eve movie. She's never seen it and I decided, at 14, it might be a bit too much. We settled on Stranger Things, letting everyone get caught up in preparation for tomorrow.

My SRAM self-extracting crank arm cap came loose. It fell out a few times while riding on the trainer. I didn't lose it. But if I had, the part itself is only $8.90.
The tool to install it costs $10.99 plus a $10 tube of threadlocker.

I hate it when I wake up, have my coffee, get mentally prepared for a good workout, get kitted up, put the bike on the trainer, squeeze in a short warm-up b/c I know I only have an hour before I need to get ready for work, and then... #MyWhoosh forces an update that's going to take 30+ minutes.

For my daughter's 14th b-day, I gave her a Magic 8-Ball (because all kids need a Magic 8-Ball at some point, right?).
