Folks *nothing* has changed with postmarks. All the reports I've seen on this are inaccurate. The USPS apparently never officially defined what's legal as date of mailing. The Federal Register has in-depth info. Your local hand stamped postmark is still valid.

Okay, after going across the Mall Road from the hotel to Best Buy and buying a hepa air purifier, have determined the source of the mold I could *taste* is the stupid heat pump. A round building was kitschy and maybe cool when this was built but heat pumps suck. No heat for me. 🤷♀️🤦♀️
