Given Trump’s desire to cripple even more of our educated workforce - if becoming unemployed in this economy wasn’t hard enough - it would be a shame for Anonymous or a similar group to delete all records of those student loans. If the gov can forgive PPP loans, they can forgive these too.

One of the things I’ll never forget is learning that during the Swine Flu pandemic, public health teams were so efficient at collaborating & mitigating outbreaks that many people ended up thinking were overreacting to it due to the lack of visible fallout & low mortality rates 🙃

My Lab finally got his stitches out after his entropion eye surgery. On one hand, I’m very happy we no longer have the cone of shame, but on the other, I was getting rather used to his General Grievous cosplay. 🤌🏻

As a glutton for punishment, I decided to give SW: The Last Jedi another chance (i.e., the worst of the series). Objectively, the premise/plot isn’t awful; it does have decent world-building elements & character dev moments to it. It’s the movie’s “tone” that ruins it.

It’s 4:30am and I’ve been up all night with this wind storm. I keep having to soothe the poor pets because the house shakes when we get the big gusts (~50mph give or take from what my weather app is saying), and so I’m in hyper alert “mom” mode.

One thing that stresses me out is knowing that with increased unemployment rates there comes an increase pet abandonment rates as well. Shelters are already at capacity in light of rising costs, and it’s only going to get worse.
