I think this is absolutely a coup attempt. The blatant disregard for our laws and processes makes it obvious. I don't want to be dramatic, but how else would you label it?

This is a crisis response app. If a diplomat is in danger, for any reason, this sends their whereabouts to diplomatic security in country and DC
