Problem is they live in an info bubble where they only believe what they see on Fox et al & no amount of evidence from outside of that bubble helps because they consider everything from outside to be false. Spewing facts disputing their leader's facts at cult members is not how you deprogram them.

As soon as masking was recommended I wore one & once the long practice in Japan came up I read studies abt how wearing masks has reduced cases, hospitalizations, deaths. I don't understand why our medical community doesn't recommend it. Instead I'm the only person wearing one most places I go.

A reminder that the Covid pandemic isn't over. Thousands are still infected and hospitalized every year. Deaths aren't the only possibility - millions are facing long-term disability from "Long Covid", including children. Vaccines, clean air filtration, respirator masks, and more help keep us safe.

This was yrs ago but South side had same rep then. I was new, didn't know my el routes too well & on 2 trips I accidentally got off at South side stops where, on street, I was the only white person. Ppl swooped around me, clucking I shldn't be there & swept me back onto the el. Enwrapped in kindness

I spoke to a Venezuelan woman who was arrested in this raid and later released with her 4yo son. She said agents broke down their door, pointed guns at them and made sexualized remarks about Venezuelan women. When she returned to her apartment it was boarded up and all her possessions were gone.

The ones I think you're referring to aren't actually Christians & as far as I can tell have no familiarity with the actual teachings of Jesus so I see their problem as stemming from inability to align their hatefulness w/ the faith they allegedly believe & their fury when it's pointed out.
