No it was two weeks of hell. I thought I got a worm or stomach bacteria. I lost ten lbs in the bathroom alone hahah! Clearly fresh juice in Mexico is a whole different thing then buying it in America😂

Same. And I got sick (high vitamin c level believe it or not) so I was just avoiding yoga & movement to keep the belly ache at bay. Honoring my body sometimes means “do it anyway” to get through it. 🤭
