Barthe as a Deedge Explanation: I wanted a big stocky monster that's blue so I settled for Deedge. Ogier as a Boskus. Explanation: I did a pun thing, as un Uglier. So I decided to make Boskus an ugly monster: a Boskus. Gwendolyn as a Dakktyl. Explanation: I have no idea what monster Gwendolyn would be, so I just chose a pink monster. Fir as a Furcorn. Explanation: "Fir"corn. Get it? It's a joke!!! Note: I was originally gonna give it fir tree arms, but then I decided that the twig holding the sword would be enough. It's extendable.

Trec as a Rare Hawlo Explanation: I wanted to make this trio of cavaliers a common, rare, and epic, and this choice of rare was random. Noah as an Epic Glowl. I let a generator pick the epic monster. Astolfo as an Epic Mammott Explanation: It's purple. Note: Astolfo's extra set of arms are hidden in that cloak. Lilina as a Ghazt Explanation: 1. Hector's Halloween costume has Lilina dressed up as a Ghazt. 2. Ghazt is purple, a combination of Lilina's main colors (red and blue). 3. Ghazt is the possible offspring of Entbrat and Bowgart (I headcanon Hector to be an Entbrat and Lyndis to be a Bowgart). 4. Fits the Plant Island theme for the Elibe protagonists.

Saul as a Blow't. Explanation: I wanted to make the Priests the Light Element, and I chose Blow't because it was unique. Dorothy as a Screemu. I wanted to pick a weird looking monster, and I chose Screemu due to its freaky body proportions. Note: I omitted the back foot and paint. Sue as a Bowgart. Explanation: Come on, it has bow on the name. Also I headcanon Sue being one of Lyndis' children. I imagine Lyndis being a Bowgart too. Zelot as a Grumpyre. Explanation: I used a spin the wheel to choose a monster.

Chad as an Epic Shrubb. Explanation: Epic Shrubb's fur color is close to Chad's hair color. This is also the only monster to wear shoes. Lugh as a Tweedle Explanation: Someone on Discord suggested that I draw him as a Tweedle. Clarine as a Hoola. Explanation: While Hoola is more mischevious than snobby, I chose that monster due to it having a ponytail and yellow, just like Clarine's hairstyle. Rutger as a Floogull. Explanation: I wanted to go for a Fire Monster, one that is humanoid. Note: Rutger has only two arms because he got so depressed after his clan was killed, so he stopped using his upper arms.

Ward as a Dermit Explanation: I wanted to pick a different class (Wublins) to diversify the units and Dermit happens to be the beefiest Wublin. Lot as a Dermit Explanation: Same reason as Ward. Shanna as a Sooza. Explanation: I wanted to make the Pegasus Sisters Pomily members, and I chose Sooza for Shanna due to it being blue. Dieck as a Kazilleon Explanation: I wanted to pick a different class, and Kazilleon is green. Note: this monster has scale armor rather than hair.

Wolt as a Reedling Explanation: I wanted a majority of the Chapter 1 units to be natural monsters, so I chose Reedling because it has the color green, like Wol't hair. Lance as a Congle Explanation: Someone suggested that I make Alen and Lance the same monster. Note: I gave Lance a lance because joke lol. Merlinus as a G'joob Explanation: MOUSTACHE!!!!!! Also fits the Plant Island theme I'm going for the Elibe protagonists. Finally, a Chapter 2 unit!!!! Elen as a Fluoress Explanation: I want to make the priests either light element monsters or monsters that reside on Light Island. Also Elen is the first healer you get in FE6, and Fluoress is the first light element monster you obtain in Light Island.

Roy as a Drumpler (+ Rare Incisaur) Explanation: When I saw Drumpler for the first time, I noticed that the monster had red hair and I immediatley connected it to Roy. As for Rare Incisaur? I'm going for the route where Ninian is Roy's mom, and Incisaur is the closest monster to an ice dragon. I chose Rare Incisaur because it has a reddish color. Marcus as a Pango (+ Strombonin) Explanation: I couldn't really think of any other monster, so i just settled for a Pango. I also went for a Strombonin as they are the closest monsters to horses. Plus I gave that Strombonin its own name, Bazzil. Alen as a Congle. Explanation: I wanted to pick some of the most humanoid monsters, so I selected Congle. Note: I was gonna include a Strombonin, but I got lazy so I decided to scrap it. I will only be including mounts if the unit is riding it in their official artwork. Bors as a Spunge. Explanation: Bors is thicc and is green, just like Spunge.
