It's 4:43 am and I'm wide awake drinking chai and about to launch into complete one of the week's big projects 7 am. Not virtuous, just on an "old lady's" biorhythm and couple of days after a time change.

I broke a bone in my foot round Oct. 11. Only got an xray a few days ago. Now, I don't feel like walking on it very much. Ive shifted gears into "not doing nothing" mode... and I like it.
