Strong agree that unmasking the DHS Xitter Nazi is a good move. Raise the visibility of the hate propaganda so that normies are aware that it is intentional, and that it is wrong. Make the bad guys defend it. They have to pick either "oops, Goebbels went too far, sorry" or "this is our policy".
Sure this would not be a Sherlock Holmes mystery to solve for a reporter plugged in with the DHS press office. I think the public interest angle is obvious, and the implications are severe enough to easily justify unmasking that person/people.

It's really bad politics, and no way to run a society, to tell people over a certain income line that they pay too much in taxes to get any benefit from the government. This is one of the reasons universal basic income and healthcare are both so important and why they must be universal.
