Weird writer girl made good. Likes creepy stuff and history. And cats, of course.
Thank you, #revpit! The whole process was beautifully managed, and I love the community you've built. Proud to have participated. Congrats to all! ❤️

Yes! Just finished this book--such perfect worldbuilding. I feel as though I took a vacation to a dark place...and loved it.
If you like historical horror fiction, it would be remiss of me to not recommend Karen Maitland. 🩸📚💙

Happy Sunday! What if it’s not that you need to “allow” yourself to relax and it *is* that you have an overactive brain that literally *doesn’t* relax, ever, combined with years of stressing when things slip through the cracks so now you do the thing as soon as you think of it to avoid that stress?

I'm so excited about this one!
Coming in October 2025: CINDER HOUSE, a queer Gothic retelling of Cinderella in which our titular character is a very frustrated ghost! 🔥 Fire, skeletons, fairies, intense epistolary friendships, and lots of feelings about ballet.

On a scale not of zero to 10 but of, say, leprechaun to zombie, how likely do you think it is that the yeti exists?
