I'm not going to tell anyone how to run their own account, but if we want to preserve the generally kinder, happier culture we've cultivated here I strongly suggested you simply report and block these folks. Don't engage!
The slow trickle of MAGA folks over here underscores how much their experience of online is entirely dependent on people getting mad at them. It also underscores how even they, given the option, would rather not hang out with themselves either.
