Oh gosh that's incredibly frustrating. Is there a way it can be worked into your TOS or like a checked box so people are aware that there will be duties/customs? I know they most likely knew but still. Idk if that can help at all. I'm really sorry you're dealing with this on top of everything.

I've been finding that medical offices have been the most accommodating with prefered names and they genuinely try. Both my doctor and dentist have been great and it was super surprising. I'm really glad to hear you're having a good experience like that too!
