This is about to be such a critical piece of panopticon infrastructure.
1 of my toxic traits is ordering wonton noodle soup in non-Shanghainese restaurants and hoping it’s good, while 1)I have a very specific definition for good wontons (aka shepherds purse + pork + no stinky!!) & 2) I make really good ones myself. then I always get disappointed by those orders. why.
