I think he's deliberately not signing the other bills so that they'll automatically become law without his having to put his name on them. That way, when he runs for president, he can have plausible deniability to cater to conservatives when they discuss his legislative career.

P.S I was watching this with the wonderful @ayakathai.bsky.social and I cannot imagine how it must've felt to watch this when your only experience prior with Gundam was Gquuuuuux.

Basically yeah, 00 is great. It and Eureka Seven made me a mecha fan in 2019 and I've never looked back.
