I just can’t figure out how they’re going to launch the CCGS Donjek. Previous ships were slid out of Assembly Hall and then onto a submersible barge. But now a quay is being constructed in the area where the barge used to dock. There just doesn’t seem to be a way into the water for the Donjek.

The price of computer memory has gone completely bonkers in the last few months. Huge price increases. Up hundreds of percent in some cases. Goddamn AI bullshit. Am planning to buy 150 laptops in a few months & this changes the calculations.

The kids played “Smoke on the Water” tonight at their band concert & it took me back many years. I found Machine Head in my Dad’s record collection when I was about 8 & played it constantly. I’d put headphones on, blast the volume & play air guitar like I was a rock star. Classic album.

I thought we were trying to get rid of all the Trudeau era twats who helped fuck up the country. Marc Miller doesn’t deserve a cabinet position. Surely Carney can find new people w/o so much baggage. Bad enough that Shawn Fraser came back. Miller & Fraser hurt Canada. Disappointing. Same old shit.

I remember the days when Canada admitted roughly 300,000 immigrants a year & we could handle it w/ no issues. Then Ottawa increased that number to 1.5 million a year & all of a sudden we had a housing shortage & homeless camps. They wanted to juice the economy via population growth & it screwed us.
