un rappel de ma recette de chou fleur rôti au beurre de piment (marche aussi avec du curry si vous n'avez pas de piment coréen) :
environ 50g de beurre, un bouillon kub émietté, une cuiller à soupe de piment coréen, bien mélanger, malaxer partout le chou fleur en bouquets, 200° 40mn. Une tuerie !
des gros fleurets de chou fleur sont cuits, tendre quand on les pique, avec une couleur dorée agréable, la tige est restée blanche et ils sont tachetés de rouge avec le piment coréen. c'est vraiment délicieux chaud ou même froid à la mayo. toujours excellent.

Another west of Ireland #painting. "Connemara Cottage" came from a day cycling in circles in north Connemara up and down hills and onto a beach, looking for roads that didn't exist while making memories that lasted forever. And I kept coming back to this scene. #art #SpeirGhorm #ArtAdventCalendar
