ICE out of Minnesota was our first goal, not the last.

Congress still needs to deliver justice and accountability for Alex, Renee and every Minnesotan who has spent the better part of 2026 in paralyzing fear.

I’ve worked as an election judge since 2020 and it is so rewarding. Some workplaces will also let you have paid time off to serve as a poll worker, so check into that!
You know, its real easy to apply to be a election/poll worker or inspector. Your region might call it this or that. You can apply through your state, county, city or township. If you have the time and feel the call to help, this could be one way to offer your time.

One of the surreal things about where you live becoming news is seeing super familiar places in that context. I’ve stayed in that hotel. I got Crisp & Green across the street from it yesterday. And now I’ll always know it as the place where a nazi showed his pasty ass to protesters.
ICE being extremely professional

Once again, stop giving a pass to the regime by assuming these agents are new and poorly trained.

The default position should be that they are experienced, trained, and doing what they have been trained to do.

They are highly active in the community exurbs and near rural areas right now, PLEASE be vigilant
ICE executed someone in the street outside the donut shop but it has not slowed down their active raids on homes and businesses in neighborhoods all around the cities so please be vigilant.
They are executing unarmed people in the streets for trying to protect their neighbors with the full support of the federal government.

Flashback to 2019 when I first met the legendary Martha Schouweiler as I delivered a lamb I picked up from @lintstorm.bsky.social
to @otterrunkennel.bsky.social at Beargrease

And oh yeah Chad hadn’t told Martha I was bringing it so she had some strange man show up to pawn off a lamb for her dogs
