Holy shit. That was a sieg heil. Elon Musk didn't just do a funny wave, he did an actual, real, nazi fucking salute. The eradication of nazis and their beliefs is now just as much as ever our civic duty. As far as I'm concerned, any Elon stans at this point are nazis or nazi sympathizers.

Prey (2017) is a fucking masterpiece of a game. Unforgettable opening, great combat, fun horror game gaslighting, and just always something new that interacts with you in a different way. Once the prop hunt enemies get old, they start flinging objects at you, then short circuiting tech. It's so good

Slitterhead looks like a hella neat game. Gameplay looks jank as hell, but the gritty ass PS3 vibe, clear Parasite (anime/manga) influence, and possession mechanic a la Messiah all blend together to make a very fun kinda feeling.

I've heard some people get worried over the rumors that if Assassins Creed Shadows does poorly then it'll sink Ubisoft. Good, let it sink. Everyone who's doing well right now in this industry's been improving and learning to keep up, Ubisoft has been pushing out Far Cry 3 2-50 for the last 12 years.

The new era of licensed video games is crazy. The Funko Pop game is a licensed game where the licensed characters are chibi versions of licensed characters, that's two licenses deep. No shock it's barren, unoptimized, and has no appeal. A company just went, "people like Invincible and fnaf, ship it"

Holy shit, going back to Baldurs gate 3 has been so much fun. Integrated mods are so nice. Instead of forcing my friends into downloading and running mods, I can just say, "Go to the menu, download these," and then it's all done. Full modded D&D with just about all I could ask for... even a shotgun.

Back 4 Blood had a rough beta, but it's a great game. The zombies are not as versatile as in L4D2, but the characters and deck system is phenomenal. Getting to make a fully custom build around what role you want to play feels so at home in a LFD2 zombie shooter. Mad versatile and mad fun madness.

I keep hearing people say Opera GX sucks as a browser, but no one who's told me that has pinned down why other than that it's a chromium browser. I know chromium is a little less safe cybersecurity-wise, but is there any other reason people hate Opera GX?

Thymesia is an amazing game. A soulslike that takes from Bloodborne in a good way. Less enemy variety, but the customization is crazy. You can build Corvus to play like Dark Souls, Sekiro, Bloodborne, or something new. Most soulslikes aren't as good as Souls games, but this is between DS1 and 3 imo.

Chat, Killer Frequency is a really chill game. You're a radio dj in a small town on the night a cerial killer becomes active. Plenty of puzzles to puzzle you, tunes to calm the spirit, and a really sweet little vibe to it. All retro and neon, like a nice, warm 1980's blanket. Perfect 2am game.

I've been picking up Nago in GG Strive and holy shit he's so much fun. He's so good at controlling space and just forcing the opponent to hold his mix up until he gets to the verge of having a heart attack and dying on the spot.

I just got 20ish hours into Metaphor, and suddenly, the game just says, "Here's a special little guy, it let's you rob people and beat them with their own money. He also doesn't do much combat-wise, but he barely consumes turns." It feels like playing a fighting game and being handed a portal gun.
