YES, I broke a bunch of shit in my shoulder about two years ago and wanted me to prepay a bunch of shit and then they STILL sent me a bill for for extra stuff afterwards like wtf was even the point.

It introduced a lot of new people to CicLAvia, which I applaud.
But, I worry that it will become an excuse by elected officials to not fund future open streets events.
