Keir Starmer needs to stand up for the BBC against Trump's outrageous $5bn lawsuit and protect licence fee payers from being hit in the pocket.

Trump wants to interfere in our democracy and undermine our national broadcaster. We cannot let him.

When Rishi Sunak made the Vaccine deal with Moderna as Chancellor, he had up to £530m invested in Moderna.

Now Michelle Mone is desperately bringing it up.

Like if you want Mone on trial.

Look, for fuck’s sake, humans have been migrating continuously for our entire existence.

Every single human in the world is the product of migration.

It’s what humans do. There is nothing *more* human.

That’s never going to change.

Just grow up, get the fuck over it and plan accordingly.

This seems like a good time to mention that this Labour, you know "protect vulnerable people" government has pretty much closed the last remaining "safe routes" for people to seek asylum in the UK, along with preventing refugees already here being reunited with their spouses or children.

Starmer’s days as PM might be numbered, but unless and until we speak of the damage & dishonesty of Brexit loudly & openly, the job of any succeeding PM will continue to be impossible.
Ppl have left, trade destroyed .. we won’t improve our economy meaningfully unless we rebuild our EU links. #bbcaq

Dear GOD if you want to save money in the asylum system

1. LET ASYLUM SEEKERS WORK

2. FAST TRACK STATUS FOR EVERYONE FROM CLEARLY UNDAFE COUNTRIES like Sudan, Syria, etc

3. Run an asylum accommodation system that is NOT FOR PROFIT #r4today

I remember being told that it would take 193 years to reach legal limits for nitrogen dioxide.

I decided this was unacceptable.

Thanks to the bold policies we put in place, we've managed to do it in nine years - 184 years earlier than expected.

UK Government: Keep your promise to protect workers
Zero hours contracts, unfair ‘fire and rehire’, waiting months or even years to be able to access benefits – the world of work in our country is weighted against actual workers. It’s billionaire bosse...

There's no excuse of ignorance any more. Every single person on that fascist march knew who Tommy Robinson was and every single one of them knew why they were there.

This isn't Brexit. People weren't conned. They willingly went out to join in, led by a five times jailed thug. Stop making excuses.

I've written to Keir Starmer, Kemi Badenoch and Nigel Farage, urging them to join me in condemning Elon Musk's dangerous remarks inciting violence yesterday.

As leaders, we must stand together and make clear Musk will face serious consequences for these actions.

Mandelson was architect of 2nd State visit for Trump. That visit should not happen. It is sickening to confer special UK honour on Mandelson's fellow Epstein acolyte who is a dangerous autocrat, banning books, militarising police & destroying democratic freedoms.

Reminder that Kim Darroch was forced to resign as UK ambassador in Washington for telegrams being leaked that showed he was doing his job by providing his honest views but embarrassed the government.

It’s inconceivably absurd to consider Mandelson’s position *more* tenable than Darroch’s was.

This weekend 100s were arrested–many of them pensioners–for opposing the proscription of Palestine Action and protesting the ongoing genocide in Gaza.

Meanwhile our government has failed to take action to end the UK’s complicity–they're still allowing arms sales to Israel.
