I did enjoy philosophy, but ended up doing politics once I failed formal logic and because I got way better grades in it & had done a-level.

I was the same though that there were huge swathes of subjects like music tech, recording, even non-classical performance that I just wasn’t aware existed

For reference, it was a Lovepedal Babyface. Very good and surprisingly versatile mini trem pedal, spoiled by the intensity control being on a trim pot you had to take the back plate off to get to. Still worth it if you see one cheap though.

Frankly though, I’ve met diplos from iffy Russian-sponsored regimes. I’ve had been at events and meals with them. Loads of people have. I’m sure you could do an article detailing them and making me look bad if you wanted, even though it was on official UK and/or EU business.

It may have been a factor of the results of investigations being massively over-sold in advance. Like, sure, it’s in the public interest for all of these links, even some very tenuous ones, to be known. They do not however show Brexit was a plot put in motion and orchestrated by the Kremlin.

I'm currently eating a slice of this savory tomato, caramelized onion (not visible but underneath the tomato), and goat cheese galette and it is one of the best things I've ever cooked

Honestly, we’d move rather than attempt any sort of serious scale renovations. The financial hit of moving from somewhere needing renovations to somewhere newly renovated is okay value compared to the hit of time, uncertainty, emotional energy & over-budget costs of managing a renovation ourselves.

The rules apply to any non-EU citizens not covered by free movement law, not just British citizens. All these possible penalties for overstay already exist.

Brexity folks are allowed to worship British border controls; but the EU is not supposed to enforce theirs against Brits.
