As I take my early morning stroll, I’m devastated to learn about the mass shooting in BC at a school. Very un-Canadian and shocking. The suspect is a female who killed herself after killing 9 individuals - 25 others injured. Tumbler Ridge BC is normally a quiet peace place. Horrifying.

This is the first time in 36 years that such a mass shooting has happened in Canada. 🇨🇦 We are not used to this happening here!
Yes, that’s very sad. But we never expect this to happen in Canada where there is strict hun control laws. That’s why it’s so jarring when something like this happens here.
I'm sad to say it happens almost every day in the un-united States. 😢
