Yeah, I’m pretty sure that holding a disarmed guy down while your buddy shoots him in the back of the head is a crime.

I’m no lawyer, but there are these weird terms like “conspiracy to commit -crime-,” “aiding and abetting,” “harboring,” etc. that may all swiftly apply to this situation.

The Washington Post published a clear video of federal agents removing Alex Pretti's handgun moments before he was fatally shot. There's nothing in the video to suggest Pretti even reached for his weapon.
