🚨BREAKING: Federal court DISMISSES Department of Justice's lawsuit to obtain Georgia's full voter file information for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Essentially, the geniuses at DOJ filed in the wrong court.

1/ICE, contrary to longstanding 4th Amendment jurisprudence, now says it can enter people’s homes without a judicial warrant; an administrative warrant suffices. That's a form signed by a gov't employee who can be fired if they displease the president. It’s not difficult to see the problem here.

If this is accurate, Good was killed by a bullet fired after there was any conceivable argument Agent Ross was in the path of her vehicle, which means there was no legal justification for using deadly force. But DOJ says there’s no reason to investigate.
