The message from the White House this morning is that, once again, it falls on ordinary American citizens to remain calm and professional when dealing with the heavily armed agents of the government because they are very emotional and might fly off into a murderous rage at the slightest insult.

Another rogue ICE Agent asks, “haven’t you learned from the last couple of days?”

Then grabs her phone away from her.
Make him famous.

I remember that Mondale map like it was yesterday.

@frasernelson.bsky.social, it’s not the immigrants who are the problem here. It’s fascism. This headline is like saying that Hitler’s extreme tactics show what happens when the Jewish presence gets out of control.
i just watched this video and the fact that they believe this to be exculpatory is genuinely insane
Remembering today that having your heart broken is a necessary step on the path to becoming fully human. Whichever heartbreak is your first, it’s probably critical that a state break your heart so that you can develop a political imagination. If this is your first, I’m sorry and also welcome.

The YLS faculty needs to take turns following Vance around and correcting in real time the insanely stupid things he says about law. It’s the only way to repay is for producing this monster.

People still on Twitter are just a short hop away from necrophilia.

Our first investigation of the year just landed, and it’s a doozy.

More than 1,000 children across Texas were affected by this.

Through interviews with more than a dozen former employees and the review of internal documents and court records, The Barbed Wire found:

He is fundraising to run against progressive Democrats.

President Trump mocks transgender athletes while addressing Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives, using examples from weightlifting and boxing as he argued against transgender participation in women’s sports.

Ironic source on the subject of the appropriate time to step back from the public eye.

Big: Wyoming supreme court just struck down abortion ban.

And get this: The reason is a constitutional amendment codifying a right to make health care decisions... passed in 2012 by conservatives who thought it'd screw Obamacare!

Quite the backfire. We explained this lawsuit a few years back:

Trump admin has implemented half of Project 2025. Including assault on DEI.

Once again, one of the primary reasons we have arrived at this point (completely out-of-control & unconstitutional abuse of executive power to conduct wildly illegal foreign policy) is that no one, including the most senior people involved, went to jail for the rest of their lives for Iran-Contra.
This is incredibly worth reading in light of what is happening now and the basis on which Trump and Rubio are pursuing charges against Maduro.
