The last couple of days, I've been focusing on a chapter which culminates in physical confrontation, either the negative aspects of the stand up plot element or the positive edge of the climax, depending on how you'd look at it.

Revisions continue, even though school holidays throttled my writing time.
I think I've managed to fix this one section in way I describe as making a pleat in the story fabric & sewing so that its edges are undetectable.

Revisions continue, even though school holidays throttled my writing time.

Another chapter edited/rewritten. Needs a final read out loud and I'll be moving onto one the next one. But 2 to 2.5 hours focused on my text is the maximum I can comfortably do. It's all progress, so that's a positive. #amediting #amrewriting #writingcommunity
