didn't have income, and my mom used to do plasma donations to pay for household items, but then she had major surgeries and got her disability funds. I also burnt out and got an RSI, so that didn't help. Now I just do art for others during Art Fight. No obligation, just for fun.

I had a nicely worded post to go with this but the BS app decided to bork and eat it. 😑

So anyway, world's full of rich rapey baby-eaters who want us all dead and I have strong feelings AGAINST THIS so I made art about it.

Seriously though, how the everloving FUCK did we end up here? I'm so tired.

Without knowing who the hero and villain are and what they’re fighting for, without a sense of stakes and escalation as the fight unfolds, it’s just… moves.

I love stunts and fight choreography. They are true art and so entertaining.

But without story and character, it’s a stunt show, not a movie.

For this #WerewolfWednesday I wanted to post a comparison between a specific scene in my book as it is now and how it was in the original story from 2007.

Ethan reacts aggressively but for some reason Sy is friendly and can talk. Except from a current rough draft of a werewolf story describing how the werewolf Sy approaches the werewolf Ethan. While Ethan expects to be attacked, instead Sy starts petting him, and Ethan greatly enjoys it.
