Miller arguing district court unfit to rule on actions of executive branch.
Wrong.
District Courts derive authority from Art III US Constitution, established fed judiciary & allows Congress to create inferior courts. Jurisdiction & powers of District Crts defined by fed statutes enacted by Congress.

I hate all that. I hated CRTs at the time and I still hate them now. Crisp pixels rule.

Our rule of thumb is 'If it has an analogue connection, it's retro' given our usage of CRTs. But this can't obviously be a permanent rule since time moves on.

Personally I feel that many old consoles don't feel that 'retro' anymore, because the changes aren't that significant anymore (2/)

6/27/25: Sneaky way of giving FULL POWER to T REPUB executive branch:
"[REPUB USSCrt] majority didN'T rule on whether Trump's exec. order violates the 14th Amend. OR Nationality Act-it focused on whether fed courts have the power to issue nationwide blocks."
T REPUBS previously lost in 3 fed crts.
Supreme Court limits nationwide injunctions in birthright citizenship order
The decision issues some limits on the power of federal judges to universally block President Trump's executive order on birthright citizenship, asking lower courts to reconsider their rulings.

As far as I know, the PF2e Rules do not have a specific action to allow players to extract the venom from crts with a poison attack. So I created a new exploration activity named “*Extract Venom*” as a House-rule <https://theonlysheet.com/WP/2025/05/22/pf2e-new-exploration-activity-extract-venom/>

The supreme Crts shd have told the magas & the stupid lawyer arguing against birthright citizenship they rn't going 2entertain that bullshit &squash it immediately.

The establishment oligarch r playing w the Constitution & the rule of law if any other person was 2do this shit they'd b ridiculed.

Pretty weird argument... only certain colour patterns will take advantage of how CRTs do their thing, then there's the PAL/NTSC divide, varying res, etc. Plenty of old games just look more blurry on CRTs than when seen "perfectly" via emulation. No fixed rule, some did the magic, some didn't. 🤷

The MSM is constantly saying 2us,R we in a constitutional crisis,as DT & Elon dismantle the entire establishm, they play it down when we r literally seeing DT & Elon defy crts & shut down the agencies.

Corp Dems like Schumer wants DT 2 succeed bec they knows he's putting the oligarchs to rule us.

Yeah, largely because that's what they actually looked like vs. a computer's interpretation. At some point someone will crack an accurate digital representation of the blurring of phosphorescent blobs on a screen, but until then, photos off CRTs rule.

It me fresh from figuring out the combat system in Mark Herman’s Rebel Fury. CRTs and hexes rule!

i would guess later ps2/gc might have started designing around flat panels but crts were the rule until....probably close to 2010? I'm not sure when the proportion of main displays switched over. it was mostly new tvs filtering in over 7-10 years, if memory serves

And it's also not what was being discussed, which is *newly created modern* pixelart.

It's also *an exception* to the rule since handhelds couldn't have CRTs and is only capable of a 4-colour pallete, even when enhanced with SGB features.

Fortunately I have several extra CRTs stored away, and they can still be had for $0-20 in our area. My rule is no bigger than 20" to save my back and space.
