We know good public transport is about much more than getting from A to B. It boosts our economy and connects our communities.

This fare freeze is a welcome step in getting transport back on track.

26 years ago, there were no food banks. Now, because of rising food, rent and bills, and our poor social security system there are over 1,400.

You can’t get the Brexit people voted for because it doesn’t exist. It was a con. A prejudiced, arrogant fantasy created by a cynical campaign of dishonesty.

In this day and age this is abhorrent, no-one should be living in poverty or be unable to afford the basics in life.
