I finally caught this week's #NoirAlley entry, Barbara Stanwyck and Raymond Burr's final film noir #CrimeofPassion (1957, Gerd Oswald). I love the premise - a woman gives up her career for her husband, is bored silly and turns homicidal. I wish more classic films followed this narrative. #TCMParty

Stanwyck had to outdo Lorne Greene over on the Ponderosa. A few of the stories got reused. One afternoon, back when AMC had an all Westerns day, I saw the same story on both shows. I thought I was losing it, but IMDb confirmed.
